The space flexes from an intimate gathering to a full celebration of up to 150, and the bar's already sorted with our trusted partners.

How your days here come together
WHAT TO EXPECT, START TO FINISH
However you’re celebrating, the whole place is yours while you’re here... the only question is how long you need it.
Weddings: three days, start to finish
Once your dates are locked in, the time is yours.
The day before, you arrive to set up... bring your decorations, meet your suppliers on site, dress the barns, and get everything just how you pictured it.
On the day, the space is entirely yours: your ceremony in one barn, dinner and dancing in another, drinks and mingling in the courtyard, with your on-site coordinator there to keep things running.
The day after, you come back for a relaxed pack-down... your suppliers collect their bits, and we take care of the clean-up.
Events: as long as you need
Not every celebration needs three days. A birthday, an evening concert, or a craft fair might only need the venue for the day itself. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll shape the booking around it.

Exclusive use of all three barns, the courtyard, and the lawn

The Lean-to... a prep and serving area off the main barn where your caterers can set up

Parking behind the barns for up to 50 cars, plus a drop-off point for taxis and coaches

Bunting, fairy lights, and festoon lights throughout

For weddings, three full days: set-up, celebration, pack-down... for other events, let’s talk about what you need
About the bar:
The bar is run by our partners, Silver Cellar Bar, who hold the licence and look after every drink. You'll work with them directly to shape a package for your day, so it's all sorted in one place.
What you bring and arrange:

Your caterer... any self-sufficient team you like (the Lean-to is your prep space; there are no on-site cooking facilities)

Your decorations, furniture, tableware, and a marquee if you'd like one

Your music, band, or PA

Your celebrant

Someone to run the day for you... bring your own event manager, or add ours as a service
Worth knowing before the day:

Up to 150 guests across the venue, with room to go further if you add a marquee on the lawn

Everyone off-site by 1am, so the celebration has a natural close

Biodegradable confetti only;

No fireworks, we keep fireworks off the table to look after the wildlife and neighbouring animals

Dogs and children are both welcome... just bring someone to keep an eye on them

Step-free routes run throughout the venue, with an accessible toilet on request
What it costs:

Weddings: £5,950 + VAT for venue hire, including your on-site venue coordinator and the post-event clean

Other events: Every event is different, and something like an evening party usually costs less than a full wedding. Get in touch and tell us what you’re planning... we’ll talk it through with you.
